The Wildcats got the split over the weekend bringing their record to 3-3 on the season, but why does it feel like our record should be worse?
We saw a trade that brought some vet experience to the Wildcats and it payed off right away!
We look back on a Jekyll and Hyde weekend as the Cats got the 4-3 SO win in Bathurst before falling flat vs Moose losing 4-0.

Well it was opening weekend in the QMJHL, as the Wildcats were in Bathurst Friday night and then back home for the Home Opener, unfortunately we lost both games.
Adam & Jeremy recap the recap including their thoughts on the home opener ceremonies, as well preview the home & home this weekend with the Eagles.

WE DID IT, WE MADE IT!!
We are finally finished the preseason, and thankfully we end on a winning note!
We look at the final weekend for this team that finishes the preseason 3-6, and after getting blown out friday to come back and get a win on sunday.
We get into Wildcats awards for this season, as well we give our predictions for the QMJHL Final and the MVP for this league!

The Wildcats are back to preseason action as the break is over and it's just good to have hockey back as we hope everyone is healthy in these last few games.
The Wildcats were back in last weekend vs the SeaDogs and it was as we expected, a learning curve, some good some bad but our Euro Jonas Taibel made his debut.
We also good friend of the show Jonathan Roy from Sur la route du junior to preview the Acadie-Bathurst Titan who are coming off a round 2 exit, so how do the Titan look this season?

Well as the Wildcats get back into camp we had a so not much in terms of games to talk about this week.
So we decide to track down a guest in studio to discuss and preview the Saint John SeaDogs for our "View from the Other Bench" with Station Nation creator Jamie Tozer.
Will they host, will they go all in if they aren't the hosts, or will this be a season that is something that NO ONE expects?!
We look ahead as the Wildcats are in a home and home with the SeaDogs, Friday in Fredericton and Sunday at 4pm at the Uniplex!

We are at the halfway mark of Wildcats Training Camp, but that doesn't mean the work stops.
The Wildcats we 2-1 this past week to bring the record to 2- 4 on the Preseason, we finally played a team outside of NB (could have been a better ending)
Couple trades last week, most of the cuts were made to get this roster close to opening night shape.
We get a "View from the Other Bench" with the voice of the Halifax Mooseheads Garreth MacDonald to talk about the upcoming season for the Moose.

Well we're into week 2 of Training Camp now that vets are here, we've had the first round of cuts last weekend, after the 2 games vs SeaDogs. Few surprises for us in the first set of cuts for both Jeremy and I.
We got a "View from the Other Bench" as we got up with voice of the Cape Breton Eagles and friend of the show Pat McNeil joined us to give us update on the training camp, and off season.
We have a NEW CONTEST at the end of the show, as well we give our roster predictions for opening night in Bathurst
Wildcats were in Bathurst for preseason during recording & are at the Uniplex tonight vs Titan.

It's official we are underway at Wildcats Training Camp! Rookie Camp kicked off Monday with few practices before the first Red & White game yesterday.
Not much to go off of as it was the first scrimmage, but a few players caught our eye during the scrimmage.
With all the young talent in camp this week we brought in special guest Head Scout for the Moncton Wildcats Alex Gauthier to discuss scouting as well as some of the rookies in the camp!
We FINALLY have a game to preview, even being a rookie game vs the SeaDogs...lol
