News and Notes presented by Integrity Lawn Care & it was some BIG news as the CHL/NCAA vote was approved for Aug 1st, 2025. Basically meaning that players can keep NCAA options open while playing in the CHL.

We have the Monctonian tourney this weekend (Thur - Sun) so we were pleased 1st to be joined by Alex Gauthier (Wildcats Head Scout) to talk about putting the draft board together and some of our prospects in the pipeline. As well we were joined by Austin Robson (East Regional Scout - Puck Preps) to talk about some of the names to keep an eye on at the Monctonian.

Wildcats go 2-0 this weekend to stay atop the QMJHL, but should we be concered about the PP (2/10 this weekend). Wildcats showed us in this week that they can play anyway teams wanted whether it be "track meet or close playoff style game"
